About Library

 In the midst of its excellent setup of academic activities, the library acts as a nerve center catering to the needs of the students, researchers  and faculty members of the arts and commerce Departments. The SMSFGC library has been shaped as a centre of excellence for academic and research pursuits, keeping it open to the changes brought about by information Technology. Today the library is separate hall. To fulfil the vision and Mission of our institution. Our library was established with initial collection 350 books and now it is rich with more than 6000 and unique titles of 750 . To broaden and enrich the student’s quality in gaining relevant knowledge, our library is providing more than 12 regional and national journals in specific areas. To reach students requirements through providing E-Resources. We have INFLIBNET-N-LIST E Resources. We have a separate library hall contenting 5150 Volumes, in various subjects. Beside this, we are posing Donated books from the Students, Public and Staff.   

                We are utilizing this library through 03 Computers. These library resources are very helpful for students and Teaching Staff studies and to conduct research works on various Fields.

MISSION: To encourage academic achievement, success and lifelong learning to enhance teaching excellence. To provide a Student- Cantered learning environment that facilitates transfer of information and to cater to the needs of its users to access.
